INSULTED BY STAFF MEMBER INSTORE

I was in the store at 14:00 today buying for X-mas. The store manager Mokgadi was extremely helpful but one of the customer service assistants was rude from the point I entered the store. He refused to assist then after we got our intended purchases together decided to scream out loud in the store that \they are filling up trolleys and their bank card will decline because they look broke!"Needless to say he embarrassed us in front of the whole store"
