Insulted

Collected my order today of over R2000. The courier bag had a hole in and my white duvet cover had a black mark on it. The cashier exchanged it in store BUT wanted to charge me for a bag!! 50c is nit a lot, but out of principal I will not pay for a bag when my orders bag had a hole with damaged goods. Then to top it off, the staff spoke in their language and I can only assume what was said. I would have like it if they at least insulted me in English to understand it!! Please note, that as a Hotel Manager, I will not buy from Mr Price home again. And to think, I needed 24 bath sheets at R379 plus bath sheets at R300.....I wont go the Mr Price Home.
