INSTALLMENT QUERY

I opened an account at Mr Price home, and I requested for a debit order on the application form. I made my first purchase in April, and my installment was supposed to be R260. I expected Mr Price to debit the account on the 25th of the month as requested. On the 8th May to my surprise I received an sms informing me that am in areas of R 260. I immediately transferred R300 to Mr Price account. Yesterday I received an sms again informing me that my account is in areas I need to pay R525 and credit bureau has been notified.

I don't understand how Mr Price why this is happening..can this be rectified. YOU NOTIFIED CREDIT BUREAU A FAULT MADE BY YOU. NOW I LOOK LIKE A BAD PAYER. WHAT KIND OF NONSENSE IS THIS
