Injury caused to my child from kiddies cutlery set

Good Day,<br> <br> I am writing to inform you that I purchased a Kids home cutlery set at the Mr Price Home Retail Crossing branch on Saturday at a cost of R49.99. My child subsequently cut his hand open with the butter knife that was part of the set and had to have 6 stitches in his right hand. The kiddies butter knife that is on Mr Price Home's shelves as part of their kiddies cutlery set is razor sharp! I went back to the Retail Crossing store to inform them of the dangers of this as children will be using this set and they could cut open an artery with that knife. I would like to ask that my child's emergency medical bills be paid for by Mr Price Home and also that this item is removed from their shelves as it is a real danger to any child that uses it.<br> <br> The item code is ***.<br> <br>
