Inferior products even worse service

<p>I bought a downtown couch. After two months the cushions started sagging..now our couch looks about two years old when its two months old. We called customer service and they advised that they will collect and refund full ammount.we asked for a discount as its less hassle to get new foam.. they in turn cancel collection and offer us R1000 back.. now that doesnt cover the foam.. But then we see the same brand of couch being advertised on the website for R2000 we called to enquire and were told due to it being discontinued and also the reports of the quality being bad on the cushions ( this was confirmed by their own call centre) the couch is being sold at R2000 with no option of return or refund (we paid 5300) so we were not only done in by 3300 we are also being met with a cold shoulder aproach.
