Incorrect promos.

Purchased an set of 2 side tables that was on promo. The promotion wasn't applying. Called the customer care line and they said purchase it. We will credit the refund. After purchasing it they ate no longer interested. Logged 2 tickets and the support agents just ignore it and close the ticket l.
