Incorrect colored items delivered from an online order

I Ordered some items from the online store and received the incorrect colors. This is highly frustrating. Seems like the staff working there are color blind. I had to suck it up and keep the items as they were a gift for someone and couldnt return them as it would make more work and add more cost for me. So frustrating. If they didn't have the color they should rather notify the customer than send the incorrect items.
