Incorrect Change

Hi, on Sunday I visited your Mr Price Home branch in Mokopane. I was short in cash so I went to the ATM and withdrew more money . I took 2 items and paid for it, the change was supposed to be R1.10. The cashier only slid R1.00 over the counter and without saying a word called the next customer. I said to her that my change is incorrect whereby she rep**** that she doesn't have change. My problem is that your store wouldn't have given me the product if I was 10c short, but we must be happy if you don't give us change?
