Incorrect billing

<p>I placed an order online 3 weeks ago and subsequenlty cancelled it before delivery. I have been waiting ever since for the amount to be taken off my account. I have made several payments into my mr price account to reduce the debt I have but now I don't even know what my current balance is as the cancelled order is still reflecting</p>
