Incorrect Adverse listing

Incorrect Adverse listing!! Fix this mess !!! Note the below: " A debtor must be in arrears for 3 consecutive months before a default notice (21 day Notice letter/ Letter of Demand) can be sent to the client. A notice can be issued to the debtor according to section 29 of the National Credit Act (NCA) , advising the debtor that their account is in arrears and non-payment may result in default listing with the Credit Bureau, or legal action." I had not received any letter prior to you placing me on adverse listing . I had paid an amount prior to the missed payment last month . Yes my account may not be up to date but that does not give you a right to put me on adverse.

No response from MRP thus far as per my previous post they had said they would give me feedback 3 days ago and still nothing.

Hw long will I be ignored by you MRP??

Your agent called in August I paid the amount we had agreed on.

So WHERE and WHEN had the 3 MONTHS PAST? for you to put me on default?? I need answers!!

YOU HAVE PEOPLE RUNNING AWAY FROM THEIR ACCOUNTS THAT YOU HAVE NOT PUT ON DEFAULT YET I ENSURE TO PAY AN AMOUNT MONTHLY AND STILL YOU PUT ME ON DEFAULT???

I spoke to Sumeshan Pillay a TL. I paid the outstanding amount in full . Why is MRP trying to delay my paid up letter?? This is nonsense!!

The only correspondence I want is my ****** paid up letter!!!!
