Inconvenience buying online

<p>Buying online on Mr Price Home has become such an inconvenience. This is my second time which I ordered online and is yet again the second time which they mess my order up. I ordered a few towels online, aswell as other decor items. When I opened my box and checked the items, the White Hand Towel which I ordered was not in the box. Only the White Bath Towel which I also ordered was in the box. I dont know how they messed my order up, but can this please be fixed. This is such an inconvenience as I now have to phone around and query about my order. Ordering online is certainly no luxury. </p>
