Incomplete Order and Poor Communication from Mr Price

I'm extremely frustrated with my recent online order from Mr Price. The app shows my order as 'complete,' but I've only received part of it. There's no notification or indication that it was a partial delivery. I've tried contacting their customer service, but the phone drops calls. I need urgent clarification on the status of my order. Mr Price, please review this and get back to me ASAP.
