Incomplete & damaged items delivered
Mr Price Home, I ordered items from your online website, and when it got delivered it was an incomplete order, and also damaged. One of the items was clearly a demo model as it was dented and had scuff marks. This unit was also incomplete. I immediately phone your Customer line and they said I can return it for a refund, because the stores didn't have stock for a swap. It has now been 10 days - How long does it take to organize the courier to come and collect the parcel again?
