*********** STAFF AND WORST SERVICE EVER

So I've been trying to get a refund from these people for MONTHS now. I think this is my 3rd Hellopeter post. They STILL don't get it. They agree that they did not deliver an item to me, but to the store for me to collect. (AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND TOLD THEM NOT TO DELIVER IT). So they KNOW I did not receive the item because they delivered it to a store. AND STILL THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR IT. I cannot believe this. They did not deliver the item with my other goods. So I cancelled the order because I went and got it myself. They phoned me to ask if they can deliver the item. I SAY NO. They still go on and deliver it to one of their stores. AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME FOR IT. Really??????????????? HOW *********** CAN ONE COMPANY BE????????????? I'm done with them. I'm closing my account.
