I settled the outstanding balance on the 17th of December at the Glen Mr Price Home. I completed the forms to have my account closed, i was assisted by the store manager. To my surprise the forms were never faxed to MRP head office., according to the latest statement i owe an amount of R245 for airtime which is being charged to the store account.

I am not using the airtime being charged on the account. Can someone competent close the account because I do not need it and reverse the charges of the account. I refuse to pay for something that i requested that it should be closed in December.
