***********, Disrespectful & ******** "Managers"

Cindy & Mbali who are the "managers" at the Mr Price Home Greenstonr branch are the most *********** individuals that I have encountered to date. First and foremost it took them over a week to provide me with an invoice for a very large purchase and I, of course, had to chase them until i finally got it yesterday. Only for them to tell me that payment must REFLECT before delivery can be scheduled, which contradicts the clause that makes mention of a verification process. When asked why they didn't advise me to do a pay and clear I was told that they did not know that this exists and that I should have rather swiped in store??? Who swipes for R22 000 in store? They have caused me unnecessary delay and irritation and they persist with snotty emails and passing the buck. I would like to compliment Samantha & Bongani from Head Office on their service thus far. I would like to know what disciplinary action will be taken against both Cindy & Mbali, if they are at the helm of your ship then expect it to sink. Pathetic ***ards.
