So, I had an account with Mr price closed it more than a year ago. Re-app**** for etc my Credit limit was therefore increased as I sent my 3payslips as requested etc. I bought some things at Mr price which did not even add up to R 500.00 including airtime. Yesterday I went to MR PRICE HOME ins CANAL WALK bought some things and when I get to the till I gave my account card and it says limit rejected, too little credit!... Seriously I have an SMS on my phone and email confirming my credit limit of more than R 6000.00!. ... All the cashier did was called the supervisor who then called the manager and guess what was their response... Sorry the call centre is already closed so we cant call in now. I have never been so embarrassed to stand at the till and having to put down all the things I wanted to buy "knowing that I was "supposed" to have credit of over R 6000.00" I honestly feel disgusted with the service received - NO HELP AT ALL!
