Incompetence and insensitive

Mr Price three is convenient for me however the service is questionable.Firstly it was the manager when I bought the console telling that they don’t deliver because it’s expensive,profiling me and insinuating that I cannot afford their delivery however I have bought an item already in their store.I left it thinking it was not that deep.Now I bought something Friday again at that store there lady who assisted me Nelisiwe With a return and for whatever reason she didn’t credit it into my account and gave me a voucher.As I buying other things it was added there.To my surprise now I’m told I cannot get my credit at Mr Price home at Dainfern square,I must get a voucher for everything that I bought.All because a voucher that was not my fault was used instead of crediting me money back and I have never used a voucher paying before for my items .Zoey told me that her colleagues went supposed to do that ,and I must come back to their store in order to get assistance.Mind you it’s weekend and I’m home in Dainfern.My question is ,why am suffering for your staff incompetence?
