***** in Mr Price Store

In May 2024 I"ve an SMS while I was sleeping not feeling well that someone is buying with my Mr Price account in Jabulani Mall, Protea Glen and later in Lenasia to finish the credit on my account as I'm not using often as my credit is high. Places that I've never visit as I'm staying in Midrand. I've called them to notify about the incident they request to share an affidavit and copy of the card, to send to ***** department. They said they will investigate it will take 60 days. I've called them several times requesting for the progress, they said ***** department will call, they never did till i receive sms after mor than 60 days. After receiving Sms I went to the shop I've received new card with cleared balance.

After 2 weeks received the card which I didn't use I've an Sms in August someone is buying at Vangate Mall didn't where is it. I've googled it and found that is in Cape Town. Same process called the shop to blocked it and went for an affidavit, no communication from ***** department this one dragged for too long,the ***** sent an email requesting documents that I've already shared the day I forwarded all the documents. It shows the neglected my issue. I went to the store and I've got a card once more cleared account.

After receiving a new card +-2weeks.in November 2024 I knocked off earlier around 2pm not feeling well, I went to Pharmacy to get medication for chest pain. When I get home I took medication and sleep. Around 5pm I was fast asleep i received the notification to confirm the purchase at East Rand Mall, I've jumped from bed I've called Mr Price again the phone was on voice call that says it is open from 8 to 5, alternate to use WhatsApp number i wrote it down, then I've WhatsApp to that number. I've requested to block my account someone is using it. They confirm after 15 minutes that is blocked. After receiving the confirmation the lady from ***** department called me asking my whereabouts, I've told her I'm home sleeping requesting to block my card. She said will call me back in few minutes. She came requesting to share my photos and ID copy on sms or email as she shared Mr Price ***** department email address, I've sent it immediately. She called that they caught the person using my account claiming that is me. Later on the East Rand Mall Manager called me that caught the lady and the police they are dealing with her. I was relieved that time. The SAPS from Boksburg North called around 8pm to come to the police station because the lady is claiming that she's me.

I woke up in that condition at night and drive from Midrand to Boksburg North using Waze for directions. When I get to Police station the *****sters is not even look like not at all. They forged my ID and I've never lost my ID card. The manager from East Rand Mall Thuli (thank you so much) we stayed at the police station till around to 11pm. The lady has been arrested.

My consent is when I buy at Mr Price they always request my ID card, I'm shocked about this incidents. As the account was blocked for few months, how are the ****mers know that the account has been cleared they can able to buy with it. Some employees from Mr Price store they are working with the ********s. Why

My plea to Mr Price Store, kindly reimburse me, for my time spent to policestations, Mr Price store up and down, airtime, data , my credit score is affected too and my petrol. Lastly what are you investigating as the *****ster has been arrested.
