Ignorance!!

I am so disappointed in Mr Price home online, purchased a tv stand on the 21st Oct ‘24 online and have not received my order nor refund to date..😡 I got a phonecall on the 28th of October checking my availability to receive order on the 29th and after having agreed to be available I was told to expect delivery but they never showed up,never called or gave any feedback until I called customer services 3 days later to follow up and they said to communicate with courier services and get back to me but they did not!! I called again a week later and sent an email requesting refund and was assisted by a different consultant who still said to communicate with courier service’s and get back to me but still she failed to do so..I have by far spoken to 4 different consultants with no luck, even went to a branch to seek advice and they still ignored and did not do follow up after the branch had called them in my presence,they promise to assist on emails and vanish with response everytime. I have kept screenshots and records of my communication with them and how I was promised assistance everytime then ignored until I had to call again each time.It has been a month and 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund or order to arrive. Please advice on further steps I can take to report this case.
