I would like to review Mr price Home’s delivery service

I purchased a coffee table instore at Pretoria the grove mall mr price, and requested they deliver it to me at Midrand waterfall. It’s been an absolute drag & still ongoing. I received a call from the delivery guys asking if I am available for delivery this past Wednesday (01/02/2023)we then made arrangements and they said they would deliver before 17:00 on that very day, they did not come. I was very understanding and hoped they would deliver the following day, being Thursday (02/02/2023). There was very little communication from their side so I decided to give them a call, a lady answered and promised she’d get back to me in a couple of minutes, 2 hours went by, no communication and they stopped taking my calls. When she finally did, could tell from her tone that she’d had it of me, she said they would deliver the parcel to my today, being Friday the 3rd of February 2023 and that I should just be available. I still haven’t heard from them and I am afraid this will continue until next week.
