I wish I had the option of giving you zero stars. Incorrect furniture delivery- PATHETIC feedback and a total disregard for your customers

<p>Dear Mr Price Home,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am giving you yet another poor review. Order number ********** 16815 has still not been resolved. I received a call from the agent I had been dealing with on Monday- NO INDICATION OF WHEN I CAN EXPECT DELIVERY or that you have any intention of speeding up the process- apparently your Warehouse has the same disregard for you that you have shown your customers. You are quick to take our money- but with service delivery we are left at your mercy! Your generic responses are an insult. I will never ever shop with you again Mr Price Home- you might seem cost efficient but for that pathetic level of service I would much rather spend more at stores like At Home where they treat me with respect. Also, I'm an account holder but will close that account ASAP. You might think that one customer is no big loss but I promise you that word of mouth is a powerful thing. </p>
