I will never buy from MrP home again

I ordered a few items which were delivered yesterday. As soon as l unboxed them l noticed that one of the laundry bags l had bought was broken. I took pictures and emailed MrP Home. A woman named Silindile told me to take it to a nearby store. I told MrP Home l bought online for my convinience and l was not prepared to do that. Today l called MrP helpline and a woman named Thembeka picked up. I relayed my story and when l asked if she would like my order number l realised l was speaking to myself. She was never listening to me at all. MrP Home remember not all your customers are able to carry heavy items which is why online shopping is great. Why have an online store if you are unable to help your customers? I bought online for a reason and you will have to collect this broken laundry basket. I did not order a second hand. Why pay a full price when you delivered a broken laundry basket? I am disgusted
