I went to the store to check my balanace.

I went to mr price yesterday the 12/02/2015 to check the balance on my account because it was handed over .the guy asked when last did i pay my account because my card doesn't want to scan .i told him the end of January.he said i must go home and bring my receipt because he is not sure that i paid.i suggested that he call the customer service.he told me that am waisting his time and i must start to pay my account to avoid being handed over .i have a very bad record and i must stop coming to the store if i know that am gonna waste his time .and he was shouting and busy pointing fingers at me .i left the store unhappy because i didn't get any help.weather i paid my account or not he doesn't have any right to shout or scream at me .and am also a customer.i was worried about my account i went the to check but left without help.i feel that we need to be treated with respect never mind our age.if i go to the store am ask for help ,i need to leave happy.
