I want my money back. Terrible service. Definitely unhappy

What a terrible service I'm receiving from mrprice Home customer service. I requested an order cancelation with my Refund for order number ‪#***‬.. And all I'm getting is run arounds and being put on hold for around 50min with every call. No confirmation of my order cancelation no clear update on when I will get my money back. Over R4k of my money that no one accounts for. Please make sure that oder is canceled and I want my refund by tomorrow no more stories and holding.

Secondly :another order was set to have been delivered today already as per their email but I still haven't received it and there's no communication of why the delays. Order number #‪***‬
