I want my mirror which I paid for

I bought a mirror at mr price home heidelberg the lady who assisted me wrapped it in bubble wrap put it Dan on the floor and guess what she forgot to give it to me . I then realize when unpacking my bags the mirror it's not there I call them and tell them they forgot to give me my mirror they said yes it's at the shop I must come collect . I went on Friday to collect it and its there waiting for me at the till counter point but they ( supervisor) on duty refuses to give it to me I. Never bright the slip <br> <br> It's my mirror I paid for it it's not my fault they forgot to give me I said se must check on survelince tat I did buy the mirror she then tells me they don't have surveillance cameras in the shop wie I was shocked <br> <br> I just want my mirror or I will take this further <br> <br> Thank you <br>
