So instead of Mr price refunding for returning an item of a R999. 00 they went on and billed my account, my bank confirms this transaction went off as a purchase instead of a refund and the manager there Jean Seenekal is still adament that it was refunded when in actual fact it went off as a purchase!!!!!! R2000 for a blind I returned, instead of them giving me my 1000 back, they go on to deduct another one.
