How come Mr price head office don't have a complain department.... I went to the shop two weeks ago buy bedding, They changed us twice and they side the money will be paid back within 24 hours. 3 days later I had to drive back to the store and inquire about the outcome of the payment. Got a new story and asked for bank statements card numbers and all. A week later I call the head office to complain they tell me they don't have complaints. They refer me back to manager whom was now able to assist me in the first place.
