Horrific service at your Vosloorus branch

I made a purchase at a Mr Price home in Vosloorus on the 09/04/2019. The item I had purchased was to small, so I came back to exchange it, however I had to wait over 45mins to get someone to authorise. The manager or supervisor who was on lunch was at the till chatting to someone, but refused to assist because she had 'clocked out'. I find the whole thing to be ridiculous! Why were there only 3 staff members in the store?? Why did the lady refuse to assist me? Is that standard procedure in the township?? I believe you guys don't care about your customers at all.
