Horrid Service

I am still waiting on someone to call me from Mr Price home Diep River branch. Its about a week an a half now. I tried calling the branch. No one answers. I called the client services toll free number and and they said they cannot help, I must call the branch. I called the client services number back 4 times to inform them that the branch is not answering, they transfer my call and no one answers.. I left a message on the website but I am yet to receive a message. All I need a a copy of my slip for an item i purchased this year. Used the product once, stopped working. Even through I have the box, with the price and it states that its has a 2 year guarantee, they still would not replace it. Now I am struggling to get a copy of my slip as proof that it was purchased this year. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET SERVICE.
