Horrid experience with their online store!!

Ordered our baby room items with a R3000 wedding voucher we had, also used a R600 coupon code and an additional cash payment of R179.99. Received confirmation that the payment was done and received the order number and confirmation, the money was also deducted from our account.

The next day the app shows payment incomplete!

3 weeks later, after the nightmare of dealing with their call center and struggling to get any resolution on what went wrong, they told us there is no order on the system and they will refund us the additional payment we made but not the voucher. We must send them POP, which we don't have coz the payment was done on their online portal...

Our baby is due this week and we don't have the items we need!

Thank you Mr Price Home for such a wonderful experience, you will never see me again!!
