Horrible shopping experience

Had an awful experience while trying to pay using my account card.

Person responsible:BUSISIWE (BUMNG) Store tel: -*** Store manager: Mbali Store no:238 (Stoneridge shopping complex)

Me and my pregnant wife separated our bills she paid cash I used my Mr Price Account Card.

While in the process I was requested to provide proof of I.d or drivers license which I provided. I signed the slip and returned it to her. She took a look and said I must sign the same signature on my card I then paused as I confused why she would make such a request... as I tried to respond to her to explain that the signatures would not be 100% identical as the one on the card would be abit smaller than when signing on the slip would be abit bigger given the room(space) given. She abruptly interjected and went on to explain their store procedure and Identity theft.

At this point I was not pleased with how she was handling the matter as she interrupts clients and has little regard to how she addresses them. I then signed the slip for the second time she then looked at it...and was not convinced that I was the card holder. I was offended by her tone and conduct as I was trying to make sense and ask a question I was again interrupted by her talking over me.

I proceeded to keep quiet and be at her mercy... Upon exiting the store I felt humiliated and returned back to the store and went to try and address the matter. A colleague of hers went to ask her to come address the matter she then refused and another colleague of hers came of which I I explained the above to her.

She did her best and apologized but we informed her that we would be informing the public on the bad/appalling client service we received from there store. Given that we are in a festive season no one wants a bad shopping experience, i really was not pleased with the whole experience.
