Horrible service delivery

I ordered a large order from Mr Price home 26 Feb paid instant EFT. ETA for delivery 3-7 working days , latest arrival 7th of March. Today I get told it will only be shipped end of this week. I would NOT have ordered from you if I knew this as I have a function this weekend. Mr Price Home when we place an order we expect service delivery in the timeframe to which we paid. My order is still on the floor not collected. I have not bought furniture from you in years due to this reason, and here we are again, such bad delivery timeframes on furniture. Or is your staff just lazy to do their job? I also received a split parcel of homeware, all glass and breakable items packed together in a box with no bubble wrap. Items broken.
