Horrible service by Lonia Ngoveni

On the 31st of January 2023 I went to Mr Price Clearwater to return my daughter's clothes as they were small. I was assisted by this friendly lady whom I informed that I received free pants because of their promotion and she told me it's ok I can keep it. She then asked for her supervisor to come and authorize. The supervisor came but didn't even bother to greet instead she rudely asked where the free pants were because she wanted them back. I politely asked her to greet because that is customer service and she told me that she was not talking to me oh ok then I asked her don't you greet people she didn't bother answering me. What irritated me the most is how she continued speaking in her home language while she was busy assisting me. She was so rude and no customer care at all. I have worked at retail before and I know employees are trained on customer care maybe Mr Price should consider taking supervisor Lonia Ngiveni back to training.
