Horrible service and staff
Ordered and paid for 8 dining room chairs on 22 March 2021. Online order still shows order cancelled, altough we paid in full. Customer service via the phone is pathetic and non existent. The whatsapp operators are useless, 8 diffirent operators "escalated" the matter and then marks the matter as resolved without any feedback.
Others say they will provide feedback and then never respond and also marks the matter as resolved.
They are willing to take your money but no service and feedback. If you dont have the products refund the money.
To summarize useless company with even more useless employees. Dont waste your time or money with this company.
