Horrible service. Absolute nonsense!

The service is awful. I went there to Mr Price Home in Mall @ Reds to make a purchase with a gift card I received for my birthday (first, I waited for about 15 minutes, mind you I was in front of the queue, only to be ignored by the staff who seemed to be counting money and blatantly ignoring customers), only to be told, AFTER manually calculating the cost of the items I wanted to purchase, that I couldn't be assisted with a gift voucher and that I must either use cash or my bank card because the systems had go be shut down early due to load shedding. I have no problem with following processes and procedures, but waiting until the very last moment to tell me I can't be assisted with a gift voucher when I had it in my hands so visibly for everyone to see, and then being told to "use cash or your bank card" and then just giving me a blank stare afterwards 😩 I work with people too and I would never treat a client with the same level of disrespect that I encountered during that interaction. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience of having me stand there and waste my time when I drove 15 minutes to get there. Absolute garbage. Please train your staff to give better service.
