horrible service

I placed my order on the 15th of January for 2 home study desks online and I was given a delivery estimate of 5 days. There has been no communication on the delivery 7 days later, the only communication that happens is when I call into their Call Centre which also cannot assist you. 10 days later I am still waiting for this delivery. Their couriers (City Logistics) are unprofessional and do not have any sense of customer service. When I called in today I was told that my order would be delivered this afternoon, it is now 19h00 and the order has not arrived. zero communication.

I will never ever buy from Mr Price Home, this was my first and last order.
