Horrible Service

If I could give no star review i would, emailed them for 2 months nothing no response or call. Making us pay for funeral cover which we didnt even take out. Asked to bring up the call recording (as they apparently record all calls) however the call recording is just MIA where we said we DO NOT want to take out the policy. Now we are forced to pay something we didnt take out and we cant no pay it as it affects our credit score. Absolutely ****. We didn't even get our R200OFFACC free online vouchers as they didnt work we even asked the people who work in store and they couldnt even help us. We lost R400. Stay far away.
