Horrible service

StorY first starts where we had ordered a couch and couch was delivered however 3 weeks late. We finally got the couch and the couch springs broke within 4 months. We contacted Mr price and we were told that they would get back to us about a refund and nobody has ever contacted us back. We have called many times however are always unsuccessful at getting hold of anyone. This is disgusting customer service and I will not buy anything from this company again
