Horrible, pathetic and appalling service. 🤬😡🤬😡
Spoke to a certain Minenhle Buthelezi from the call centre. She was extremely rude, no empathy, no respect, no TCF principles expressed during the call, imagine an agent backchatting and raising her voice. What a horrible experience. This is definitely gonna be the last time I use your service. 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
