Horrible online shopping. Terrible communication.

Mr Price's online system is absolutely terrible. I ordered stuff 3weeks(16th) backs and still havent received them. First the consultant Zinhle whom i will never forget said they sended me wrong banking details and said that i must make another payment (the amount for my stuff is over 3k). when i refused to make another payment they emailed me after 10days(25th)saying that they managed to track back the money and that it is sorted out my order is confirmed after i called them every single day demanding my stuff or my money, sometimes they'd hang up the phone on my ear or put me on hold for more than 10minutes. They never updated me on my order, every day i have to call them. on the 31st i called them and they said the order has been delivered to the store, when i got to the store they said they have my stuff but the documents says they are suppossed to be returned back and they dont know why so they cant hand them over. i waited at the store for 2hours while they were trying to call them until the store closed with still placed on hold on the phone. till today i have not received my money back. basically they refused to give my stuff and now refusing with my money. wow
