Horrible online service

I deeply regret ordering online from this company. Order was place and payment processed by 3rd December 2022. As of today (29/12), I can confirm that my order has not been received. I have been doing a back and forth with them with no satisfactory outcome. Truly disgusted by their poor communication and lack of care. IT WILL TAKE A MIRACKLE FOR ME TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE WITH THEM AGAIN!
