Horrible online customer service
I purchased a shelf lamp online but I only received the stand without the shape. I’ve been calling and no one is able to provide a proper assistance because they said their store room hasn’t rep**** to the query, yet they cannot locate the shape and I should just wait. It’s been a week now. Horrible online customer care. I wouldn’t recommend
