Horrible experience shopping online at mr price home

I ordered some things on the 16 of September, the estimated delivery was on the 25 or should I rather say the due date,so I called several times since the 25th to ask why haven't received my parcel, one person made an excuse and said the handed the coriour people the parcel late and told me they will definitely deliver before Friday, the other one connected me with the courier company ,and when I asked why haven't they deliver my parcel,and they answered that they delivered my parcel on the 24th because it was due on the 25th,I called the helpline again and explained that the courier people said they delivered my parcel why wasn't I notified their answer was that I should go to the store and check, so i tried getting the number for the store to call and check I was given the wrong number,so how come there is no number to the store directly, not even Google maps have it,so if you ever consider ordering anything from mr price home ,avoid store collection delivery, rather chose to have it delivered at your door step or avoid buying online at all
