Horrible Exchange experience with Mr Price Home

HORRIBLE Customer Service and Experience... We have been battling to get through to the call centre to assist with an online purchase replacements. Eventually got hold of them and they said i should send an email and they will call me back to confirm collection date... IM STILL WAITING!!!!

I went to the store at Mall of the South to ask if they can assist... GUESS WHAT.. They said i should drive all the way to a mall that is based in the EAST of Johannesburg to go and exchange there, as they can arrange for it to be sent to the store at Mall of the South.

i have followed up with an email and NO RESPONSE!!! SOOO DISGUSTED and Disappointed in Mr Price Home!!!
