Horrible customer service. I give zero rate

I ordered on Mr price online store, I never received my order, when I enquired they kept on telling me it will be delivered but it never did, 10 days later I asked for a refund cos I already bought the item elsewhere, the representatives ignored me, they stopped replying to my emails until today I have not received my order nor a refund.

You can tell that their representatives have the attitude "COMPLAIN ALL YOU LIKE AND SEE WHO CARES" this shows they don't care about customers and don't get disciplined for this attitude cos if they did they'd do the job properly!

If I had known about such service i wouldn't have bothered. Never again will I buy from Mr price home.
