Horrible customer service at Mr Price Home

I’ve ordered a few items online at Mr Price Home. The items got delivered in drips and draps, not at once with no upfront communication. Some items are still outstanding after almost a month of following up with the help centre. Promises were made for delivery and still nothing. Finally received an email stating delivery has been completed and case closed. Still did not receive all the items which was paid for. Absolute horrible experience.
