Horrible customer service and Online experience!!

If i could give a -5 out of 5 i would!! The delivery service and the communication is absolutely terrible. We are having a baby i have ordered a compactum etc. with no communication that the order was never processed but received an email to confirm order. I then had to go through so much for someone to help me and tell me what the issue is but no response. We eventually gave it another chance and it has been n week and n half and no email or communication to track the order. When you chat online they just send a message to say they are working on it!! I will not recommend buying something online!!!!!
