Horrible customer service

<p>I went to Mr price home in Mall of africa to return(exchange) an item i had bought. When I asked tehm to exchange they asked me to look for whatever item I wanted, when I could not get it they told me it was in the storeroom and teh lady cannot assist me as it is tiem consuming and it can only be done at 8 when she is free. I ccomplainded saying I cannot wait from 8 till 4 innorder to get those items. The lady was very rude and told me that if I have a problem I should ask my husband to go to the storeroom and look for the items for me. I spoke to the manager and she refused to apologise for her bad attitude. I have never been treated so bad at any store, the level of unproffessionalism was unacceptable.</p>
