Horrible and shocking service

They do not even deserve a single star but a lawsuit. I placed an order on 18 April 2019 and a upholstery chair was one of them. The chair only arrived on 18 May 2019. A whole month later when I paid 350 for delivery between 5-7 days. When it came it had a missing part and the courier could not assemble it and I also paid for the assembly fee. I requested for the item to be retrieved and that I be refunded same day. The Item was collected on the 23 May, I do not get any updates I have been calling the call center everyday and it’s always a different story. Yesterday I finally found that the refund was initiated and the amount to be refunded is half of the price I paid. According to them I got the item on sale where’s my receipt and proof of payment shows I payed the full amount at the time. I am so ****ed off and beyond disgusted with Mr price home. Your service is beyond horrible and totally against the Consumer Protection Act. I will not let this lying down, I want my full refund that I paid for, not the **** you guys are running. What are you gonna do about this Mr price Home???? I have been very patient through out all of this but I see it makes you think we are stupid.
